Documents to Apply to Graduate Programs

Legalized photocopy of the Bachelor or Master degree.

A certified photocopy of marks, including information about the rating system.

Credit Certificate of Solidarity Fund, only for graduates of the University of Concepción.

Birth certificate.

A passport size photo (with name and national identification number).

Photocopy identification card.

Additional documents, according to program requirements.

Compatible medical health certificate.

In the case of degrees earned abroad, photocopy of degree and marks must be legalized in the Chilean Consulate in the country of origin.

NOTE: The documentation supporting your application must be sent or delivered directly to the Program Director.
