Dr. Sobarzo obtained the title of Electronic Engineer 2003, the masters degree of Science in Engineering in 2006 and PhD in Engineering in 2008, all at the University of Concepción.
He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and has guided 25 undergraduate memories of Civil Engineering in Telecommunications and 3 Master of Science in Engineering thesis. He has participated in several research projects in areas that include, among others: virtualized data networks, congestion control, network neutrality and massive data transfer.
