Leonardo Palma received the degree in electrical engineering from the University of Concepción, Concepción, Chile, in 1999. The masters degree he obtained from Texas A&M University, College Station, in 2003. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at Texas A&M University.
His research and professional interests include theory and applications in the areas of distributed energy systems, power supplies, modern energy storage devices, and engineering education.
